Tell the team as soon as possible if the airline changes your flight. Correct flight information helps Royal Rent organise the handover and avoid delays after arrival.
Documents required
Bring a valid identity card or passport and your original Category B driving licence. Royal Rent publishes a minimum driver age of 18 and does not publish a minimum licence holding period for the current fleet.
A photograph or digital copy does not replace the original driving licence at collection. The person signing the agreement must present valid original documents.
When airport pickup is free
Pickup and drop-off at Brasov-Ghimbav Airport are free for rentals longer than four days. For a rental of four days or less, ask for the total price before confirming. Do not assume the airport service is free when the rental does not meet this condition.
What happens if the flight is delayed

Skoda Octavia 2026 offers additional comfort and space for longer journeys or business travel. Dacia Duster 2025 is an SUV option for travellers who prefer a higher driving position and plan a mixture of city and mountain routes.
Availability depends on the rental dates. The model is not reserved until Royal Rent confirms the vehicle and total price in writing.

Arranging the return before your flight
Confirm the return time and location when booking. Allow enough time for the vehicle check and airport formalities. Return the car with a full tank under the full-to-full fuel policy. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference is payable.
