- Full-to-full fuel You get the vehicle with a full tank and return it the same way. If you return it with less, you pay the difference.
- Free cancellation We charge no cancellation fee. Extensions are possible if the vehicle is not already booked.

Both minivans require a valid Category B driving licence. Present your original licence at collection.
What do 7+1 and 8+1 seats mean?
7+1 means seven passengers plus the driver: the Mercedes-Benz V-Class 2023 has eight seats in total. 8+1 means eight passengers plus the driver: the Fiat Ducato 2016 has nine seats in total.
How can I confirm space for my group's luggage?
Send the passenger count and luggage details before booking. We do not publish a verified luggage capacity for these configurations, so we confirm the suitable model with you directly.
Can I collect a minivan at the airport for an event or company trip?
Yes. Minivans can be booked for families, groups, events and company travel. Airport pickup and return are free for rentals longer than four days; the exact meeting point is confirmed when booking.
What are the conditions for a group trip outside Romania?
Share your itinerary in advance and obtain specific approval from Royal Rent. The published terms for upfront payment, insurance and return with a full tank also apply.
